An Advocate, Mediator and Arbitrator, Eliyahu received an LLB degree in law and business from IDC Herzliya’s Rayzner School of Law, while completing the Global Law Program at São Paulo Law School of Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV). Eliyahu is also a graduate of the Israel’s Institute of Technology’s (Technion) Organizational Chief Innovation Officer Program. Eliyahu specializes in commercial and high-tech law, tech strategic consulting, cross-border transactions, and dispute resolution. He founded Innodeal in 2019, with the mission to optimize the negotiation processes for international technology investments.
